Day 1:
Nairobi to Nakuru
- On this day you will be picked up from your hotel and head to Lake Nakuru National Park.
- Upon arrival check into your camp/lodge, have lunch and freshen up.
- After freshening up embark on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos and rich birdlife. Keep an eye out for rhinos, buffalos, giraffes, and more.
- In the evening return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2:
Nakuru to Masai Mara
- After breakfast check out of your hotel to Masai Mara.
- In the afternoon you will arrive in Masai Mara and check into your camp/lodge where you will have lunch and freshen up.
- After freshening up embark on a game drive to explore the wildlife-rich reserve. Masai Mara is renowned for its abundance of wildlife, including the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros).
- On this day you will get a chance to visit a local Maasai village to learn about their culture and traditions.
- In the evening return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 3:
Full Day in Masai Mara
- On this day rise up early for a sunrise game drive when animals are most active. This is a great time for experiencing the wildlife in the beautiful morning light.
- After the game drive return to your camp/lodge for a hearty breakfast.
- In the afternoon head out for another game drive in a different area of the reserve to spot more wildlife.
- Sightings to expect lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, rhinoceros (The Big Five), the Great Migration, cheetahs, giraffes, hyenas, gazelles, antelopes, diverse birdlife, hippos, crocodiles, African wild dogs, and abundant wildebeests and zebras.
- In the evening return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 4:
Masai Mara to Naivasha
- After breakfast check out of your hotel towards Naivasha.
- Upon arrival check into your camp/lodge, have lunch and freshen up.
- After freshening up go on a boat tour on Lake Naivasha. You’ll have the opportunity to see various bird species, including fish eagles and cormorants, and possibly even hippos and giraffes along the shores.
- You will also get a chance to explore Crescent Island Game Sanctuary, a privately-owned wildlife sanctuary where you can walk among herbivores such as zebras, giraffes, and antelopes.
- In the evening return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
- Nairobi to arrive in the afternoon.
Day 5:
Naivasha to Nairobi
- After breakfast check out of your hotel and head to Nairobi in time for your international flight
